CONSENT TO SUBDIVISION PLATTING
KNOW ALL PERSONS: R. Friedrich and Sons, Inc., s business corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the State of Iowa, is the sole, lawful Owner and proprietor of the Real Property
located in Story County,Iowa,and legally described as set forth on the attached"Exhibit A."
The Owner has caused to be filed herewith a subdivision plat of said Real Property together with
all instruments required by law attached hereto and by this reference incorporated as if set out fully, all in
accordance with the requirements of chapters 354 and 355 of the Code of Iowa and the ordinances of
Ames, Iowa,the Owner does hereby consent to the subdivision plat,which shall hereafter be known as:
Second Addition,Friedrich's Commercial Subdivision,Ames,Iowa.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Owner executes this instrument on the Irday of February,2010.
