KNOW ALL PERSONS:
Valley Bank (the "Mortgagee") is the present owner of that certain Mortgage given by R.
Friedrich and Sons, Inc.,to Valley Bank under date of March 10 and 23,2009,and filed in the office of the
Recorder of Story County, Iowa,on March 30,2009,and recorded as Instrument No.09-03266. By virtue
of said mortgage, Mortgagee has an interest in the Real Property described in the Consent to platting to
which this instrument is attached to be known as:
Second Addition,Friedrich's Commercial Subdivision,Ames,Iowa
(the"Real Property").
R.Friedrich and Sons,Inc.(the"Owner")giving said Consent has requested that the Mortgagee
consent to the platting of the Real Property. The Mortgagee deems it advisable to do so.
NOW,THEREFORE,for good and valuable consideration:
The Mortgagee agrees and consents to the platting of the Real Property described in the attached
subdivision plat to be known as Second Addition,Friedrich's Commercial Subdivision,Ames,Iowa.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the Mortgagee has caused this instrument to be executed on its be-
half on February 2010.
