AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
CLOSING A PORTION OF THE
RIGHT-OF-WAY OF

Section One. Findings. The City

Section 3. Claims for Damages.
There having been no objections or
claims filed pursuant to Section
306.14 of the Code of Iowa,no dam-
ages are awarded.
Section 4. Final Order. This ordi-
nance shall constitute the final order
of the Council as prescribed by
Section 306.16 of the Code of Iowa,
and the City Clerk shall cause this
ordinance to be filed with the
Recorder of the county in which the
real property lies.
Section 5. Repealer. All other ordi-
nances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict with this ordinance are hereby
repealed.
Notary Public Section 6. Severability. If any sec-
tion, provision, or part of this ordi-
sworn to before me and subscribed in my nance shall be adjudged invalid or
presence by Alexandra Hayne unconstitutional, such adjudication
this 16th day of March,2010 shall not affect the validity of the ordi-
nance as a whole or any section,
