We wish to clean up the ownership of the right-of-way, easement grants and uses which currently exist along our frontage. We hereby request the Vacation of the City of Ames' interest in the North Ten (10) feet of East Lincoln Way, across the frontage of Friedrich's Commercial Addition. This would be across the front of all of the Lots, One through Ten (1-10), in the Subdivision as platted in 1969; which dedicated the South Fifty(50) feet for the North side of East Lincoln Way.
