Consent to Subdivision Platting
and Dedication
Know All Persons: E.A. Hunziker Development, L.L.C., an Iowa�manager9managed limited lia-
bility company,and D &R Furman, L.L.C.,an Iowa member-managed limited liability company,are
the lawful Owners and proprietors of the Real Property located in Story County, Iowa, and legally
described as follows:
Outlot V, Brookview Place West,Third Addition,Ames,Story County, Iowa.
The Owners have caused to be filed herewith a subdivision plat of said Real Property together with
all instruments required by law attached hereto and by this reference incorporated as if set out fully,
all in accordance with the requirements of chapters 354 and 355 of the Code of Iowa and the ordi-
nances of Ames, Iowa, the Owners do hereby consent to the subdivision plat, which shall hereafter
be known as:
Brookview Place West Subdivision, Fourth Addition,Ames, Story County, Iowa.
In accordance with sections 354•11 and 354.19 of the Code of Iowa, the Owners hereby dedicate to the
City of Ames, and to the public all lands within the plat that are designated for streets (Missouri
Street)and which are described as:
Lot A, Brookview Place West Subdivision, Fourth Addition,Ames, Story County, Iowa.
In Witness Whereof the Owners execute this instrument on March 2014.

I, Victoria A. Feilmeyer, am an attorney licensed to practice in the State of Iowa, and my principal
place of business is located at W6 Buckeye Avenue, Ste. 200,Ames, Iowa 50010. In accordance with
section 354•11 of the Code of Iowa and for the limited purpose described therein, I have examined the
abstract of title, last certified by Abstract and Title Services of Story County to March r, 2014 (Iowa
Title Guaranty Division Member#8650), to the Real Property more particularly described in the at-
tached Consent to subdivision platting and to be known as:
Brookview Place West Subdivision, Fourth Addition,Ames, Story County, Iowa.
It is my professional opinion, based on said examination,that:
The fee simple title to said Real Property is vested in:
E.A. I-lunziker Development,L.L.C.,an Iowa limited liability company, and D&
R Furman, L.L.C.,an Iowa limited liability company.
who are the sole owners and proprietors entitled and required to consent to the subdivision platting,
subject to easements, rights-of-way, restrictive covenants of record and applicable governmental reg-
ulations.
There are no holders of mortgages,liens,or other encumbrances on said Real Property being platted.
