Public Utility. The perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, maintain and use utility services, equipment and apparatus upon, underground, over or across the following described portions of ASPEN RIDGE SUBDIVISION, 2nd ADDITION, TO AMES, IOWA. Lot No. Public Utility Easement 1 North 10' West 10' South 5' 2 North 5' West 10' South 10' 3. North 10' West 50' South 10' East 5' Outlot C North 10' West 5' South 10' East 10' All that part of North 20', lying east of a line which is offset 10' westerly of the West line of Lot 14, Aspen Ridge, and said line extended northerly to the North line of said Outlot C B. Access Easement. 1. Perpetual right of egress to and egress from 16th Street granted to the City of Ames, Iowa, its successors and assigns, over the west 50 feet of Lot 3. 2. Perpetual right of egress to and egress from Grand Avenue granted to the City of Ames, Iowa, its successors and assigns, over the north 20 feet of Lot 1. The undersigned does further hereby grant to the CITY OF AMES, IOWA, the right to permit other utility companies to construct and, in the same manner, maintain their utility facilities, jointly or severally, upon, underground, over or across the real estate described above. C. Surface Drainage Easement. RANDALL CORPORATION further grants to the CITY OF AMES, IOWA, the right to use the following described real estate, all within ASPEN RIDGE SUBDIVISION, 2nd ADDITION, TO AMES, IOWA, as part of its surface drainage system over, under and across: Lot No. Easement Area 3 South 10' of the North 20' West 10', except the North 10' thereof East 5', except the North 10' thereof Outlot C South 10' of the North 20' West 5', except the North 10' thereof All that part of the North 20', lying east of a line which is offset 10' westerly of the West line of Lot 14, Aspen Ridge, and said line extended northerly to the North line of said Outlot C The foregoing rights are granted upon the express condition that the users of the granted rights will assume liability for all damage to the real estate described herein and any adjacent real estate caused by failure to use due care in the exercise of the granted rights.
