CONSENT TO PLATTING
FIRST STATE BANK, WEBSTER CITY, IOWA, Mortgagee under the following mortgage
executed by RANDALL CORPORATION, as Mortgagor: Mortgage dated April 6, 2012, and filed for
record on April 9, 2012, as Instrument No. 12-03620, records of Story County, Iowa, does by these
presents consent to the platting of the following-described real estate:
Outlot B, Aspen Ridge Subdivision, Ames, Iowa;
said real estate to be platted and known Aspen Ridge Second Addition, Ames, Iowa.
This Consent is executed pursuant to Section 354.11(2), Code of Iowa.
