that the platting of the following-described real estate situated in the City of Ames, Iowa:

into lots, as shown by the attached plat, to be known as Aspen Ridge Subdivision, Second Addition,
Ames, Iowa, is with its free consent and in accordance with its desires and wishes.
That the undersigned does hereby dedicate and set apart for the perpetual use of the public
