RESOLUTION NO. 14-154
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT OF
10TH ADDITION,DAUNTLESS SUBDIVISION OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of Ames, Iowa, a plat of 10th
Addition, Dauntless Subdivision of Ames, Iowa, said plat involving the following described real
estate:
Lot 2, 81h Addition, Dauntless Subdivision, an Official Plat in the City of Ames,
Story County, Iowa
and
WHEREAS, the owners have complied with all conditions as set forth in the ordinances
of the City of Ames,Iowa; and
WHERE AS, it is the opinion of the City Council of Ames, Iowa, that said plat be
accepted.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Ames,Iowa, that the
said plat of lOth Addition, Dauntless Subdivision of Ames, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved and accepted for and on behalf of the City of Ames, Iowa; and the lands shown on said
plat which are dedicated for the perpetual use of the public are hereby accepted by the City of
Ames, Iowa; and all acts and doings by the grantors in the premises are hereby confirmed and
approved by the City Council of Ames, Iowa.
