The above-mentioned improvements have been inspected by the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department of the City of Ames, Iowa, and found to meet City specifications and standards. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department,the curb and gutter construction and public utility adjustments required as a condition for approval of the Final Plat of the above-named Subdivision have been completed in an acceptable manner. Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby lessened to $1,220.00 for the remaining work that includes installation of pedestrian ramps.
