Dear Mayor Campbell, Ms. Voss and
Members of the Ames City Council:
On behalf of Friedrich Land Development Company, L.L.C., we are seeking the vacation
of a portion of an easement within Ringgenberg Park Subdivision Fourth Addition, Ames, Story
County, Iowa (the "Subdivision"), as said portion and as said easement are more particularly
described in the attached:
1. Proposed Resolution to be adopted by the City Council, vacating easement in the
Subdivision(the "Resolution"); and
2. Vacation Exhibit (to be attached as Exhibit A to the Resolution.
We are requesting that the City Council, at their meeting on February 11, 2014, set ab
public hearing date of February 25, 2014 for the consideration of the Resolution. The Final Plat
for the Subdivision should be another agenda item for the City Council on February 25, 2014 and
it would be appropriate for these matters to be concluded contemporaneously. Please direct any
questions to my attention.
