In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department, the pedestrian sidewalk ramps required as a condition for approval of the Final Plat of the above-named Subdivision have been completed in an acceptable manner. Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby lessened to $26,000.00 for the remaining work that includes street lighting. The above- mentioned improvements have been inspected by the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department of the City of Ames, Iowa and found to meet City specifications and standards. As a result of this certification, it is recommended that the financial security for public improvements on file with the City for this subdivision be reduced to $26,000.00. I thought that the street lighting was complete for these two additions. Perhaps you could explain to me what constitutes as complete.
