Grantor is a manager-managed limited liability company under the laws of the State of Iowa, the
undersigned Manager is the sole manager of the company and has authority under the Grantor's
Operating Agreement to execute and deliver this instrument transferring the above described real estate.
AND the Grantor(s)do HEREBY COVENANT with the Grantee(s),and successors in interest,that Grantor(s)hold this real
estate by TITLE IN FEE SIMPLE;that they have goad and lawful AUTHORITY TO SELL AND CONVEY the same;that
