As of that date and time, we find from our examination that good and marketable title to the property described above is held by: Grand Center Partners, LLC subject to the following: 1. MORTGAGE: The Abstract shows an Assignment of Leases and Rents from the titleholder to Wells Fargo Bank, National Association filed November 19, 2008, as Instrument No. 08- 12287. The Abstract shows a Mortgage from the titleholder to Bankers Trust Company filed May 8, 2012, as Instrument No. 12-04834.
