LENDER'S CONSENT TO PLAT
KNOWN BY ALL MEN PRESENT:
The undersigned, Bankers Trust Company, acting with full authority to act for and on behalf of
the bank, does hereby consent to the platting of the property to be platted as Streets of North Grand
Plat 2, an Official Plat, now included in and forming a part of the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa and
specifically described as follows:
Lot 1, Streets of North Grand, According to The Plat Thereof, Filed July 18, 2007, as Instrument
No. 07-08019.
This consent is as mortgagee to a part of the property described above with a mortgage being filed
against said property on May 8,2012, as Instrument No. 2012-00004834, and is given with the free consent
and in accordance with the desires of the undersigned as mortgagee to said property described above which
is to be included in said plat.
