RESOLUTION NUMBER 12-569
ACCEPTING PLAT OF DEERY SUBDIVISION,
AMES,STORY COUNTY,IOWA
WHEREAS,there has been submitted to the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,a plat
of real estate described as:
Parcels "G" and "H" in the Northwest Quarter (NW'/) of Section Thirteen (13),
Township Eighty-three (83) North, Range Twenty-four (24) West of the 51h P.M.,
Ames, Story County, Iowa, as shown on the"Corrected Plat of Survey"filed in the
office of the Recorder of Story County,Iowa,on February 8,2001,as Instrument No.
01-01457, Slide 90, Page 4, except the North Ten(10) feet thereof;
AND,
Parcel"E"a part of the Northwest Quarter(NW1/)of the Northeast Quarter(NE1/)
and the Northeast Quarter(NE'/) of the Northwest Quarter(NW%), all in Section
Thirteen(13), Township Eighty-three(83)North, Range Twenty-four(24)West of
the 5t'P.M.,Ames, Story County, Iowa, as shown on the"Patent"filed in the office
of the Recorder of Story County,Iowa,on September 3, 1998,as Instrument No.98-
12413, except the North Ten(10) feet thereof
to be known as DEERY SUBDIVISION,AMES, STORY COUNTY,IOWA, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Planning and Housing of the City of Ames, Iowa, has
recommended that the plat be approved, and
WHEREAS,the owners of said real estate,Pyle Land L.L.C.and Family Realty L.L.C.,have

executed a written Consent declaring that the platting is with their free consent and is in accordance
with their desires as proprietors, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the plat
should be accepted and approved
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,
that the plat of DEERY SUBDIVISION,AMES,STORY COUNTY,IOWA,be and it is hereby
accepted and approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all of the acts of Pyle Land L.L.C.and Family Realty
L.L.C. are hereby confirmed and approved by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, on this
