I believe that public works is satisfied with the water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer. The curb and gutter is complete for the street along with the asphalt base. I have included Manatt's estimate for the final lift of asphalt. These are the numbers that I intend to use for the LOC for the public improvements yet to be completed. Paving bid from Manatt's $35,500 Erosion control 11 acres @ $500 per acre $5,500 Street lights bid from Mark Imhoff $20,000 Total Letter of credit $61,000 Please let me know if you are all OK with my number so that I can get this turned in for approval.
