In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department,the street lighting required as a condition for approval of the Final Plat of the above-named Subdivision has/have been completed in-an-acceptable-manner.- Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby lessened to $41,000.00 for the remaining work that includes the final lift of asphalt surfacing and final erosion control stabilization.
