In looking at the Manatts quote and adding up the surface, adjustments, sidewalks and domes along with
the Cedar Lane costs, I am at$240,838. Does that sound about right?
If so, I think we will be fine with the$250,000

Subject: Ringgenberg Subdivision, 3rd Addition, Public Improvement Value
Eric - attached is an estimated cost of Cedar Lane and the Manatt's quote for work within
the subdivision. As part of the final plat we need to provide financial security for
uncompleted work. All of the underground will be done shortly (end of week) so the only
unfinished work will be Cedar Lane and the surface paving and sidewalks for Coyote and
Red Fox. I'm estimating (in round numbers) that $250,000 will be needed for that work.
Therefore, we are proposing $250,000 security in order to get the final plat
approved. If you are in agreement with that amount, please email an ok to Brian and I.
Brian is the attorney working on the final plat submittal. Thanks. Scott.
