As part of the final plat we need to provide financial security for uncompleted work. All of the underground will be done shortly (end of week) so the only unfinished work will be Cedar Lane and the surface paving and sidewalks for Coyote and Red Fox. I'm estimating (in round numbers) that $250,000 will be needed for that work. Therefore, we are proposing $250,000 security in order to get the final plat approved.
