In answer to your question regarding security being held for Ringgenberg Park:
1. Letter of Credit in the amount of$150,000 to ensure completion of public improvements of
Development Agreement was released on August 26, 2014.
2. Cash security filed on April 30, 2004,to guarantee completion of a future turn lane on Oakwood Road
and bike path on Oakwood Road (Ringgenberg share) in the amount of$32,650 remains on file in
Account No. 260-0000-229.20-00.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
I hereby certify that the sidewalk and bike path construction as required as a condition for
approval of the final plat of Ringgenberg Park, 3rd Addition have been completed in an
acceptable manner. The above mentioned improvements have been found to meet City
specifications and standards.
As a result of this certification, it is recommended that the financial security ($150,000.00) for
the bike paths and sidewalks on file with the City for this subdivision be released in full.
