In accordance with section 354.11 of the Code of Iowa and for the limited purpose described therein,I have examdned the ab- stract of title to the Real Property more particularly described in the attached Consent to subdivision plat- ting and to be known as: GREEN HILT CONEWUNITY SUBDIVISION,FIRST ADDITION,A►NIES,IOWA. IT IS MY PROFESSIONAL OPINION,based on said examination,that: 1. The fee simple title to said Real Property is vested in: GREEN]9 MLS U AX.Ta CARE CENTER,INC. who is the sole owner and proprietor entitled and required to consent to the subdivision platting, subject to easements,rights-of-way.restrictive covenants of record and applicable governmental regulations. 2. There are holders of mortgages,Liens,or other encumbrances on said Real Property being platted as follows: The real estate was mortgaged by Careen Bills Health Care Center,Inc.,to First Na- tional Bank,Ames,Iowa,to secure an original indebtedness of$7,675,000.00.
