NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the plat of the JDA Subdivision involving real estate hereinafter described on Attachment A be and the same,is hereby approved and accepted and all acts and deeds of the said owner and grantors in the premises are hereby confirmed and approved and the real estate hereinafter described on Attachment A shall hereinafter be known as the JDA Subdivision. IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chair of the Board of Supervisors and the County Auditor are authorized and they are hereby directed to certify a copy of this Resolution to be affixed to said Final Plat upon its approval by the Board of Supervisors.
