Prior to accepting your application as complete,it is necessary that you submit three signed covenants for proposed Lots 1 and 2.(See attached drafts of covenants to be completed by the applicant.) The requirement for the three covenants was included Resolution No.11-388,Approving the Requestfor Waiver of Design and Infrastructure Standards and Preliminary Plat Requirement for Matthew's Summit Subdivision, which was adopted by the City Council on August 9, 2011. Approval of the resolution was subject to submittal of the standard,signed covenants for proposed Lots 1 and 2,with the final plat application. In addition to the covenants described above,please provide the following items: 1. A second copy of each of the legal documents,including the 8'1/2"by 14"plats,with original signatures. These will replace the photocopied documents that were included with the final plat application. The two copies of each legal document,with original signatures,are needed by the City Clerk's Office,prior to placing the final plat on an agenda for consideration by the City Council. 2. A completed"Application Form"for"Final Plat Approval of a Minor Subdivision",to replace the application form that was submitted for Final Plat Approval of a Major Subdivision. Please fill in all of the items on the application form,and include signatures of the property owners,applicant,and contact person. Please contact me if you have any questions.
