RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
NORTHRIDGE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, 14T"ADDITION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director,the sanitary
sewer improvements required for the Northridge Heights Subdivision, 14' Addition, are hereby
accepted as complete and satisfactory; and,
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
released and shall be returned to the subdivider.
ADOPTED THIS 24" day of April, 2012.
