Northridge 14th is correct, which is the apartment site north of Bloomington Road but west of the
Fareway. I just double checked Planning's subdivision file to make sure that it was correctly labelled. We
can look at it on Tuesday.

The issues are:
1. LOC for Northridge Heights, 14th (released). Should it have been Northridge, 14th? I would like you
to look through my subdivision files on those Subdivisions to see what has transpired and see which one
the LOC actually belongs to.
2. Ordinance No. 4077 rezoned 3409/3414 South Duff to HOC. In the Rezoning Agreement, it states that
escrow monies will be filed with the City. I was not aware of that clause in the Agreement. I did not
receive any funds to be placed in escrow. I wondered if you knew anything about an escrow for future
sidewalk installation. Carol Collings has not received any deposits of the sort.
Really, that is about it. Just don't see you much anymore.
