SUBJECT: Revised Master Plan/Preliminary Plat for Northridge Heights Subdivision
Uthe Development Co. LLC is revising the Preliminary Plat and Master Plan for Northridge Heights Subdivision.
The proposal is to consolidate several lots into one lot. The approved land use, medium-density residential, does
not change.
The Planning and Zoning Commission took action on the above-described request at its meeting of June 1, 2011
(7 - 0) vote.
The City Council will be taking action on the above-described request at the meeting scheduled for'June 28,2011

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ames City Council shall hold a public hearing in
conjunction with its regularly scheduled meeting of June 2$, 2011, at 7:00 PM`in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, 515 Clark Avenue. The purpose of this hearing is to consider approval of a
revised Master Plan for Northridge Heights Subdivision to consolidate several lots into one lot.
Any parties in interest and citizens may appear at the June 28,2011,Council meeting to testify
for or against the proposed Plan. Written testimony will also be accepted.
