LLC is revising the Preliminary Plat and Master Plan for Northridge Heights Subdivision. The proposal is to consolidate several lots into one lot. The approved land use, medium-density residential, does not change. The Planning and Zoning Commission took action on the above-described request at its meeting of June 1, 2011 (7 - 0) vote. The City Council will be taking action on the above-described request at the meeting scheduled for'June 28,2011 I have attached labels for the 200' notification.
