I have a call in to Kevin Shawgo since he has been paying the bills related to the Adams property, but
short answer is yes we can have a check ready by next Thursday. Do you want the check sent up to
legal?

Due to council's delay in approving the subdivision (while the design guidelines were revised), we need to
have an updated treasurer's certificate before the final plat can be recorded. That will require payment
now of the taxes that are due in March ($2841). The subdivision is on the Council agenda for final
approval Tuesday, and the new zoning will also be approved on final passage. The zoning ordinance will
be published next Friday, the 28th.
Duane, is it possible to have the taxes paid by next Friday so that we can record the subdivision plat the
same day that the zoning becomes effective? If so,we can pay the Treasurer and pick up the updated
certificate on the way to the recorder's office.

Doug,
I rec'd a phone call from Tammy at the Treasurer's office (382-7330). She rec'd the Treasurer's certificate
for the Adams property, but cannot sign it until the March taxes of$2,841 are paid. When we pay them we
need to ask for her at the counter or, if mailing, send it to her attention. Let me know if you need my
