He said he'll just plan on paying the extra fees, if there are any. He didn't say whether Gartin did them or not. He also says he doesn't want to re-do any signatures. Gartin was listed on the application form, as the attorney, but I guess that doesn't mean he did the legals. The resolution can easily be re-done to avoid a cover sheet charge. If they have original signatures that may be more of a problem, but at least the applicant would have a choice. The Recorder requires 3" margins; if the docs are noncompliant, there is a $10/page charge. It would be most customer-service-oriented for us to notify the applicant so that they can re-do the docs and avoid the additional charges. Doug, do you see any issues with doing that?
