Subject: Hayden's Preserve Signed Agreement Addendum
Attached is the final signed agreement by Rose Prairie LLC.
Of note, since Friday staff and the developer agreed upon clarified language in Section 4 regarding the Hyde Avenue
trail segments. There has been no change to intent or timing,just clarification about the segment locations and that
the segment in front of Sturges would be in ROW or easement provided by the City.
I will have a print out of the page in track changes for City Council to review.
