I had made a clerical error in adding up the total of the individual items for Sunset Ridge. My secretary caught my error in addition and got the letter of credit for the appropriate number. If you go back and add up the individual items that need to be bonded for: Paving $149,950 Erosion control $ 5,000 Street Lighting $ 16,500 Total $171,450 1 hope this resolves this matter and we can keep this moving forward. I would like some clarification on the scheduling of this item on the council agenda,we were planning on starting 2 town houses next week after things were recorded but now it won't happen until the first of October. When I met with our attorney (Dave Benson)we were both under the impression that the submittal stated that things needed to be turned in 15 days before the council meeting for final plats to be placed on the next council agenda. I believe that Dave turned them in on Aug 27`h or Aug 30`h.
