ACCESS EASEMENT
SCOTT E. RANDALL AND JANE S. RANDALL, husband and wife, as Owners of Outlot
D, Grand Aspen Subdivision, Fourth Addition to the City of Ames, Iowa do hereby grant unto
SCOTT E. RANDALL AND JANE S. RANDALL, husband and wife, their successors and
assigns, as owners of Outlot C, Grand Aspen Subdivision, Second Addition to the City of Ames,
Iowa, and Outlot C, Aspen Ridge Subdivision to the City of Ames, Iowa, the following access
easement:
ACCESS EASEMENT. The perpetual right of access to SCOTT E. RANDALL AND
JANE S. RANDALL, husband and wife,their successors and assigns, overthe South 100 Feet
of Outlot D, Grand Aspen Subdivision, Fourth Addition, to the City of Ames, Iowa.
Furthermore,this easement shall not be cancelled, nor shall the general right of ingress
and egress from Grand Avenue be eliminated without the written consent of the City of Ames.
