and B of Speck Subdivision,Story County,Iowa EXCEPT that part of said
Outlot A that lies West of and adjacent to Lot 1 of Speck Subdivision,
Story County,Iowa.
Locally known as: 5674 U.S. Highway 69,Ames, Story County,Iowa.
I understand that the east approximately 2%acres of the property is within the Final Plat Of Speck
Subdivision Second Addition, and that the James H. Speck Revocable Living Trust and its successors and
assigns have the right to purchase back the approximately 2'/z acres.
Valley Bank, Ames, Iowa, hereby acknowledges that it consents to the Final Plat Of Speck
Subdivision Second Addition. Valley Bank, Ames, Iowa, hereby further acknowledges that it will give a
partial release of its mortgage against the land within the Final Plat Of Speck Subdivision Second Addition
when it is conveyed back to the James H. Speck Revocable Living Trust or its successors or assigns.
