SUBJECT: Major Site Plan/Preliminary Plat—Case File SDP-09-16
This is a request of the Somerset Developers to approve a revision to the Ma or Site
Development Plan and Preliminary Plat for Somerset Subdivision located at 24 Street
and Stange Road. This is a relocation of approximately 300 feet of sidewalk, adjacent to
the Phase 22 area of the Somerset Subdivision Major Site Development Plan along
George Washington Carver Avenue. There are no other proposed changes being reviewed
on this plan.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will be taking action on the above-described request at the
meeting scheduled for November 4, 2009.
