Eric - the hydrant will be relocated as per the site plan for the Laverne Apartments. We need to understand what is required to resolve the issue, if anything. Laverne Apartments are starting construction yet this year. Thanks. Scott. Scott Renaud P.E. In talking with Ed the only outstanding issue would be the hydrant on very west end near the Ames Christian School is leaking. The main from street valve to the hydrant valve has passed pressure testing, but has not been chlorinated. All of the rest of the water main has passed pressure and bacteria testing. Eco-Tech is aware of the issue, but we have been told that the hydrant is/was going to be relocated, but are unsure of exact location and timing. We can look at releasing part or all of the letter of credit, pending what is going to happen with the hydrant. Let me know how you wish to proceed. Eric D. Cowles, P.E. We are holding retainage for Eco-Tech pending the final acceptance. I assume all the concrete breaks were good and there are no punch list issues. Please give me an update. Thanks. Scott.
