Please make the requested changes to the Final Plat and provide the additional information described in the attached staff comments, at your earliest convenience. Once the additional information and revisions have been received and reviewed by staff for compliance,it will be determined when the request for approval of the Final Plat can move forward to the City Council for approval. If you have any questions or would like to meet with City staff, please contact the Department of Planning and Housing at 515/239-5400. The margin at the top of the legal documents is insufficient for recording with the Story County Recorder's Office.
