MORTGAGEE'S CONSENT TO PLATTING
WHEREAS,First National Bank,Ames,Iowa(the"Mortgagee")is the present owner of the
mortgage given by C &B Lincoln Way,L.L.C., dated September 2,2008, and filed in the office of
the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on September 15, 2008, as Instrument No. 08-10383, and
therefore, Mortgagee has an interest in the real property described below; and
WHEREAS,the Mortgagee has been requested to consent to the platting of the real property
described in the attached subdivision plat to be known as WALNUT RIDGE SUBDIVISION
SECOND ADDITION, AMES, STORY COUNTY,IOWA, and deems it advisable to do so.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration:
1. CONSENT. The Mortgagee agrees and consents to the platting of the real property
described as follows:
Outlot AA, Walnut Ridge Subdivision First Addition, Ames Story County
Iowa,
to be known as WALNUT RIDGE SUBDIVISION SECOND ADDITION, AMES,
STORY COUNTY,IOWA.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the Mortgagee has caused this instrument to be executed on this
day of March, 2009.
