N89-18'05"W, 48.77 feet; thence N58°34'25"W, 74.76 feet; thence N00°00'00"E, 32.54
feet to a 55.00 foot radius,non-tangent curve,concave Northwesterly on the Northwesterly
line of said Lot 4;thence 16.43 feet along said curve having a chord bearing N64°58'25"E,
16.37 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 7,528 square feet,more or less,
all of the foregoing in WALNUT RIDGE SUBDIVISION SECOND ADDITION, AMES,
STORY COUNTY,IOWA.
The foregoing rights are granted upon the express condition that the users of the
granted rights will assume liability for all damage to the real estate described herein and any adj acent
real estate caused by the failure to use due care in the exercise of the granted rights.
