I just wanted to save you a trip because the conditions for approval have not been met. We will provide a verification memo to the City Clerk's office when the conditions have been satisfied, and then you are free to record the documents. We will copy Scott Renaud, since he is the"contact" person. We are working with Scott Renaud today to verify the status of the conditions as soon as possible. That process could take longer than today, if financial security is the route chosen. In regards to Southern Hills West Plat 2-- $10,000 is required for financial security to meet the council's April 28, 2009"Points of Agreement" condition for approval. I have notified Scott Renaud.The agreement was regarding bringing existing developed lots into compliance with approved plans and landscaping setback standards. The property owners will have until July 28, 2009 to complete the work. I would like to forward to you a drawing and explanation of the outstanding work to be completed, so that you can place it on file with the security, in the unlikely event that it would be needed, it may provide additional detail that is location specific. I inspected the property this morning. I find that some of the work has been completed according to the Sept 11, 2009 Site Plan, but some has not.
