Craig,
Scott Renaud tell us that you will be getting the"documents"from the City Clerk regarding the Southern
Hills West plat for the Sevde's and Al Myers on Airport Road.As you may have heard, we will not accept a
site plan submittal until the lot shown is valid, so this is holding up the site plan process. I just wanted to
save you a trip because the conditions for approval have not been met. We will provide a verification
memo to the City Clerk's office when the conditions have been satisfied, and then you are free to record
the documents. We will copy Scott Renaud, since he is the"contact" person. We are working with Scott
Renaud today to verify the status of the conditions as soon as possible. That process could take longer
than today, if financial security is the route chosen.

Subject Southern Hills West Plat 2
Diane,
Thanks for your explanation of financial security this afternoon. In regards to Southern Hills West Plat 2--
$10,000 is required for financial security to meet the council's April 28, 2009"Points of Agreement"
condition for approval. I have notified Scott Renaud.The agreement was regarding bringing existing
developed lots into compliance with approved plans and landscaping setback standards.
The property owners will have until July 28, 2009 to complete the work.
I would like to forward to you a drawing and explanation of the outstanding work to be completed, so that
you can place it on file with the security, in the unlikely event that it would be needed, it may provide
additional detail that is location specific.

Subject Sevde LOC
Diane,
You asked if the requirements of the LOC for the Sevde's had been satisfied because the LOC is ending. I
inspected the property this morning. I find that some of the work has been completed according to the
Sept 11, 2009 Site Plan, but some has not.
The outstanding items are:
• None of the shrubs along the new/replatted lot lines have been installed
• Some areas where shrubs are not installed also do not have ground cover plants or grass
• Parking lot re-striping in revised area is not completed
The items that have been completed are:
• Asphalt parking in clear zone has been removed
• 5 new trees have been installed along new/replatted lot lines
