Eric,
I drove by the Estates West 1 stand 2nd Additions and all the electric facilities are installed. But there has
not been any streetlight work completed. So if the streetlight portions are separated out from the primary
electrical portion it would be fine to release the electric but hold on to anything involving streetlights. Let
me know if you need more info or clarification.
