So far it has not been a big deal, just a little frustrating that it takes a couple of years to get something like that done. I told Mark Imhoff the other day that we are going to be starting a couple of houses in early April and we would need the electric service out there for construction and would really like to have the lights for security. Unless you are up against the letter expiring and need to have it renewed lets just wait for a month or so and see if they make any progress. I have had to call Don before and will again if I need to. I. don't like to do that but will if needed. Thanks and have a good weekend! ! Do you want me to talk to Don Kom, the Director? I'd be happy to if you so desire. I have the LOC ready to go out to you; however, because improvements for Additions 1 and 2 were melded into one ($9, 000 for the 1st and $3, 000 for the 2nd) , I have to wait until the 1st Addition is accepted. I doubt that it is worth your getting me a new LOC for $9, 000 to be relieved of the $3, 000 obligation. I would then release the $12, 000 LOC. Let me know please. THANKS! So technically it probably should have not been released. I would be happy to pay the last little bit if they would only do the work. It has been almost 2 years that I have been waiting for that to be completed! ! Hopefully they will complete the work in the next 30 to 60 days and send me the bill so that it will be complete Thanks, Chuck Winkleblack, CRB Hunziker & Associates Realtors, Inc 105 S. 16th Street Ames, IA 50010 515-239-8606 office 515-290-7007 cell phone Licensed in the State of Iowa -----Original Message----- From: Diane R Voss [mailto:DVoss@city.ames.ia.us] Sent: Friday, March 05, 2010 9:24 AM To: Chuck Winkleblack Subject: Fw: Estates West, 1st Addition I am not getting any response to the below inquiry. Should we have accepted completion on Estates West, 1st, last night? It has not been finally accepted by the Council. Diane Voss, City Clerk/Records Manager P. O.
