Ladies and Gentlemen:
I hereby certify that the utilities and asphalt base paving required as a condition for
approval of the final plat of Northridge Heights',Subdivision, 12t" Addition have been
completed in an acceptable manner by Halbrook Excavating and Manatt's. The above
mentioned improvements have been inspected by the Engineering Division of the Public
Works Department of the City of Ames, Iowa and found to meet city specifications and
standards.
As a result of this certification, it is recommended that the financial security for public
improvements on file with the City for this subdivision be reduced to $i11�iT9,196.00� The
remaining work that is covered by this financial security includes malt surface paving,
lighting and the Construction Site Erosion and Sediment Control Ordinance Bond.
