NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ames City Council shall hold a public hearing in
conjunction with its regularly scheduled meeting of I-qy—emliex 25 2008in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, 515 Clark Avenue. The purpose of this hearing is to consider approval of a
proposed Major Site Development Plan for the construction of one12-unit apartment building to be
located at 3801 Tiverton Court.
Any parties in interest and citizens may appear at the&o embeM2�5 ;� City Council
meeting to testify for or against the proposed Plan. Written testimony will also be accepted.
