00-03177 affecting property out of which the subject property was platted.
3. The abstract shows an easement to the City of Ames, Iowa recorded as Inst.
No. 97-11160 affecting property out of which the subject property was platted.
4. The abstract shows an easement to US West Communications, Inc. recorded as
Inst. No. 97-11161 affecting property out of which the subject property was platted.
5. The abstract shows Agreements recorded as Inst. No. 00-03180 and Inst. No.
0 1-04741 and Inst. No. 02-13086 with the City of Ames, Iowa providing for the
installation of sidewalks within property out of which the subject property was platted.
6. The abstract shows easements to the City of Ames, Iowa recorded as Inst. No.
02-13087 which affect properties out of which the subject property was platted.
7. Refer to the attached Plat of Survey recorded as Inst. No. 05-12734.

February 6, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. Searches have been limited to Story County, Iowa.
