As soon as I get them I will get them paid so that we can get this on the council agenda for the first meeting in May. I am not sure what information Diane needs or just something from you indicating that the work is now complete and we no longer need to bond for it. I don't know if public works has to be involved in releasing it altogether or not. The 1 st Addition installation went over the$8,000 but I think that we spent more time out there then we should have(had a lot of labor hours clocked to it). I am assuming the 2nd Addition was estimated at$2,000 for just the one light. So the invoices will be$8,000 for the 1st Addition and$1,581.90 for the 2nd Addition. The only letter that I can find this morning indicated it would be$8,000 for 4 street lights in the 1 S`addition, I can't find anything for the 2od addition but I think there is only 1 light in the 2°d addition. The job close date was 3/26 so I think I need to wait until 4/15 before I can issue accurate billing. I know that is cutting it close to May 1 but if things go quickly then it may work out. I'll be sure to make a calendar reminder to do this on the 15th. The only reason that I bring it to your attention is that I need to have it separated between first and second addition because they are owned by different entities and I need to keep the costs separate. Also I promised Diane Voss that I would have this resolved by May 1 when our letter of credit expires. This is the last thing that we have so I don't want to extend that LOC again particularly since all of the work is done Thanks and have a good weekend.
