Posting of the escrow will allow the issuance of permanent certificates of occupancy for our tenants opening this March. The two remaining items to be completed are installation of a 6'wood privacy fence along the southern property boundary, and installation of approximately 1,600 Little Bluestem Grasses which could not be planted last fall since our paving was installed too late in the season to allow them to become established and survive the winter. We have accepted the attached bid from Midwest Fence&Gate ($10,399.49) and they will be installing the fence next week,weather permitting.The Little Bluestem Grasses will be installed by Country Landscapes this spring as indicated on the attached change request#38. ($9,000.00) In no event will completion of these items occur later than June 15, 2013.
