Charles Kuester Fw: Streets of North Grand--Supplemental Subdivision Agreement
Diane,
This is what I received from Doug. Based on this, I wrote a letter to the bonding company (CC to you and
Doug) that the bond is no longer necessary.
I am still searching for info on the bond for the public improvements.

Attention Heather Meneghetti
Dear Ms. Meneghetti:
Thank you for your inquiry as to the status of the Parking Lot Improvements at Streets of North Grand.
These improvements were a requirement of a Development Agreement between the City and North
Grand Mall Partners to allow a subdivision plat to be approved in 2007. In 2012, a Supplemental
Agreement was approved that changed the conditions under which the specified work was to be
completed.
The City Attorney notes, in the enclosed letter, that the terms of the Supplemental Agreement have
been met and the performance bond for the parking lot improvements is no longer necessary.
I am researching the status of the other bond for the Fire Hydrant on Parking Lot At Streets of North
Grand and will provide a response in the immediate future.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at 515-239-5400.
Sincerely,
C44 )) I-
