When will you need to send your 200' notice for the January 10 meeting?This item is being reviewed with the customer and the DRC team tomorrow so more information will be provided at that time for when they will have their item resubmitted for the P&Z packet to go out next week. I will be sending you the 200' names and labels shortly. I just wanted to give you a heads up early on because of the upcoming City holidays. I am also waiting to see what happens at DRC tomorrow to see if all of this actually happens within this short time frame. Thank you! You are correct; it's the mailed notices that have to follow the 4-and-20 rule. My apologies for not thinking clearly. When I read your email, it registered with me that it is only a mailed notice and no publishing...but that thought went out the window before I typed the email. I thought I was totally not understanding what I was reading and thought I had been doing things wrong all along. I will send you the 200' names and labels--this item just went to DRC this morning and they are supposed to have revised plans in by the 28th for Charlie to review to see if it's still a go.
