Box 811 Ames, IA 50010 Re: Final Plat Approval for Streets of North Grand to be Located in Ames, Story County, Iowa Dear Doug: Included with this letter are the following: 1) An original Agreement for Public Improvements relating to the Streets of North Grand, executed by the Owner. 2) An original Agreement pertaining to the subdivision platting and development of land in the City of Ames called Streets of North Grand Subdivision, executed by the Owner. 3) An original performance bond related to the Agreement for Public Improvements in the amount of $76,450 and an accompanying Power of Attorney. 4) A copy of the performance bond relating to the parking lot improvements for Lot 2 and the fire door in the amount of$478,638 and an accompanying Power of Attorney, the original(s) of which will be overnighted to your attention for delivery on the morning of Wednesday, July 11, 2007.
