ARESOLUTION VACATING GREENBELT CONSERVATIONEASEMENT OVER
THE ESTATES OF NATURE'S CROSSING SUBDIVISION
BE,IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Ames,Iowa,that after notice and hearing
pursuant to�Sectiori 354.23 of the Code of Iowa,the greenbelt conservation easement over The Estates of
Nature'.s.Crossing Subdivision,filed for record as Instrument No. 10185 on June 2, 1987,and described as:

County,Iowa;.described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast (S.E.) corner of said Lot Two (2); (the following 6 calls are

A public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers at Ames City Hall,

sanitary sewer easement located on Lots 14, 15, and 16, of the Estates of Nature's
Crossing Subdivision, Ames, Story County, Iowa, pursuant to Iowa Code Section 354.23.
The sanitary sewer easement is more specifically described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of lot 2, Willow Creek Estates, Fourth Addition, in
