The undersigned do hereby certify,acknowledge and declare that the platting of said

STORY COUNTY,IOWA,is with its free consent and in accordance with its desires as proprietor,
and it does hereby dedicate and set apart Lot `A' for public street, as shown on said plat,to the City
of Ames, Iowa, for the perpetual use of the public.
